Wer gerne spazieren geht, wandert oder Mountain Biket, ist in wenigen Minuten in Zellar-
Wegenetz. 5 Gehminuten zur Bäckerei und Metzgerei. 500m entfernt erreichen Sie das Freischwimmbad. Zum
Supermarkt sind es 1 km. Zahlreiche Restaurants, Straßen-Cafes, Apotheken, Arztpraxen und den Bahnhof erreichen Sie in 400m - 600m. WLAN-Anschluss ist möglich.  Parkmöglichkeiten direkt auf dem Hausgrundstück. Für Motorräder oder Bikes kann eine verschließbare Garage gegen Gebühr zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
